Elon Musk’s X Introduces ‘XHiring’ Feature for Job Listings

Elon Musk’s social media platform, formerly known as Twitter and now rebranded as X, has unveiled a new feature called ‘XHiring’ that enables Verified Organizations to post job openings directly on their X profiles. This move marks the platform’s foray into the recruitment space, allowing companies to showcase their critical roles to a wide audience and connect with potential candidates organically.

Key Features of XHiring:

1. The tool integrates with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or an XML feed, enabling companies to seamlessly import job data onto XHiring.

2. Verified Organizations on the platform can access the XHiring feature by paying a monthly subscription fee of $1000, granting them the ability to list their vacancies and connect with candidates.

3. Job listings will appear on the X profiles of the respective organizations. Job seekers can filter and search for roles based on keywords, location, and other relevant criteria.

4. Interested candidates can directly apply for these positions through the platform. If selected, employers will initiate communication with applicants via X’s interface.

5. Currently in its beta version, XHiring is being tested with a limited number of users outside the organization to gather feedback and make necessary improvements before its full release to the public.
